How and when will I receive my flight details?
The Osheaga trip details will be provided in the next few weeks. Flight and hotel information will be booked and communicated to you via email at least 2 weeks before your experience begins.
Flight details will be emailed to the contest winner. If you have not received an email containing your flight details by July 15th, please contact us.
Can I add a checked bag for my flights?
We strongly recommend travelling with carry-on luggage only. However, additional checked baggage can be added during check in at the airport or 24 hours prior during online check-in. Please note, the cost of checked baggage is not covered by Molson Coors Beverage Company. you have not received an email containing your flight details by July 15th, please contact us.
What transportation costs are covered?
The following transportation is covered by Molson Coors Beverage Company:
  • Transport from Ottawa International Airport to Ottawa City hotel partner.
  • Transport from Ottawa to Montreal on the Coors Light Party Bus.
  • Transport on Day 1 to the festival grounds on the Coors Light Party Bus.
  • Metro pass to transfer to and from the festival grounds.
  • Uber gift card for return airport transfers.
The following transportation is not covered by Molson Coors Beverage Company:
  • To and from your departure airport.
  • Any additional transportation you may take during your leisure time.
Who do I contact when I land?
A Coors Light representative will be awaiting your arrival at the Ottawa International Airport/the Montreal Trudeau International Airport to direct you to your transfer to the hotel. More details will be communicated to you via email once your flights have been booked.
What hotel will I be staying at?
The details on the hotel booking will be communicated no later than 2 weeks before the experience.

What type of accommodation will be provided?
One (1) double occupancy standard room.
Can I extend my stay?
Based on our contest rules and regulations we cannot accommodate requests to extend or change your trip in any way. Please visit our Contest Rules & Regulations page for the official contest rules.
How will I receive my Concert tickets?
Tickets will be sent to you via Ticketmaster before your arrival in the host city. More information will be provided by email leading up to the event.
